COYOTE GRILL AND CANTINA

 

This local Tex-Mex in the heart of old town Fairfax, Virginia, is a very popular venue for the locals and the nearby courthouse. Many prominent judges frequent the restaurant. 

 

We proposed to feature a painting her grandfather painted which is on the wall of the restaurant. we used Yuppo paper to resist spills of salsa as well as impart a more natural look and feel.

Menu design was studied and applied to feature gastronomic offerings that would be more profitable for the restaurant. By increasing menu options by as little as  2%, costs for the menu fulfillment were more than covered.
